This sculpture represents how we, as humans, are bound down by chains in our subconscious that limit us to transcend. The wall acts as a barrier that we try to pass through. The ropes act as chains tightening us down and pulling us back. The wings symbolize flight and freedom.
A great majority of the materials used for this piece are recyclable; therefore, making the 3D model eco-friendly. From an environmental point of view, using reusable materials such as newspapers, it's important because it recycles the life of the material to be used again after it’s discarded.
